Is free shipping available?

With the exclusion of special promotions, free standard shipping applies to orders of US$10 or more. The delivery lead time is around 14-21 days (holiday, Saturday and Sunday exclusive) from shipment date.

Is there any Import Custom Duties?

Custom Duty Exemption information as of 1st March 2015

• For imports into USA, duty is not charged if: the FOB value, i.e. the value of the goods excluding shipping and insurance cost, does not exceed US$200
• For imports into UK, duty is not charged if: the FOB value, i.e. the value of the goods excluding shipping and insurance cost, does not exceed €150 (US$201 at exchange rate of 1GBP = 1.49US$ as of 1st March 2015)
• For imports into GERMANY, duty is not charged if: the FOB value, i.e. the value of the goods excluding shipping and insurance cost, does not exceed €150 (US$201 at exchange rate of 1GBP = 1.49US$ as of 1st March 2015 )
• For imports into EUROPE EU COUNTRIES, duty is not charged if: the FOB value, i.e. the value of the goods excluding shipping and insurance cost, does not exceed€150 (US$201 at exchange rate of 1GBP = 1.49US$ as of 1st March 2015)
• For imports into CANADA, duty is not charged if: the FOB value, i.e. the value of the goods excluding shipping and insurance cost, does not exceed $20CDN
• For imports into AUSTRALIA, duty is not charged if: the FOB value, i.e. the value of the goods excluding shipping and insurance cost, does not exceed AU$1,000
• For imports into SOUTH KOREA, duty is not charged if: the FOB value, i.e. the value of the goods excluding shipping and insurance cost, does not exceedKRW150,000
• For imports into HONG KONG, no duty is charged.
• For imports into SINGAPORE, no duty is charged.
• For imports into MALAYSIA, duty is not charged if: the FOB value, i.e. the value of the goods excluding shipping and insurance cost, does not exceed MYR500
• For imports into TURKEY, duty is not charged if: the FOB value, i.e. the value of the goods excluding shipping and insurance cost, does not exceed €75
• For imports into United Arab Emirates, duty is not charged if: the FOB value, i.e. the value of the goods excluding shipping and insurance cost, does not exceed 500 AED

How do I track my order?

We ship out your order within 4-5 working days (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) upon order confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

Why we ship from Hong Kong/China?

In order to enhance our service to buyers, NYSW has set up an affiliate company, the TimeChant (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong to handle the logistic and fulfillment of orders.

Upon request from atomic or non-atomic talking watch buyer, we can set a watch to buyer's local time (or local time zone) before shipment. This is very important to our visually impaired and blind buyer who has difficulty of setting the watch. This labor intensive free service can only be done in Asia.
